Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They set the basis on which bookings are accepted by Remal Al Sahraa Tourism LLC (also called “Remal Tours”, “Remal Al Sahraa Tours”, “we/us/our”). Our website is remal.ae and our official email is info@remal.ae.

1) General

These terms apply to bookings made on our websites and channels owned by Remal Al Sahraa Tourism LLC, including remal.ae.

These terms apply once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed.

2) Tours & Activities
  • Block-out dates may change. Some products may not operate on UAE public holidays (e.g., Eid, New Year).
  • Operating hours mean start and end times of the service.
  • Itineraries, prices, and days of operation may change or be withdrawn without notice.
  • Booking conditions can differ by product; please check product details before booking.
3) Child Age & Conditions
  • Child age rules differ by service; check each product’s terms.
  • The child must be within the stated age range on the day of participation.
  • Some activities are not suitable below a certain age; see product details.
4) Pricing
  • All prices/fees are in AED and include VAT.
  • Itineraries, prices, and operation days may change without notice—check the latest price before booking.
  • Prices are guaranteed only after booking is confirmed and fully paid.
5) Booking Types

Instant Booking

Payment is taken immediately by card. Confirmation (or voucher) is sent by email or via phone confirmation once payment completes. If the date/price is unavailable, we will offer an alternative date/time/plan.

On-Request Booking

Allow up to 3 business days (UAE calendar) for a reply. After confirmation and card payment, the voucher is emailed. If we cannot confirm, we will offer alternatives.

Some tours/activities require signing a “consent of participation”.

6) Booking Confirmation (Voucher)
  • Vouchers are sent to the registered email after confirmation and payment.
  • Please print or show the voucher at check-in/meeting point. If no voucher is shown, confirming your booking may take time or may not be possible.
  • Vouchers are valid only for the stated items and passengers.
  • If you cannot present the voucher, inform us in advance at info@remal.ae.
7) Payment

Online bookings require credit card payment on remal.ae. Card details are not stored by us and are protected by our payment gateway’s secure encryption at the time of entry. Please check your card’s fee conditions before checkout.

8) Amendments & Cancellations

To amend or cancel, you must email us in writing. Phone requests are not accepted for corporate or large-group bookings.

Policies differ by product—please check the product page before booking.

No refund after the stated deadline. Requests received after business hours are treated as received on the next business day. Our site follows UAE time (GST, UTC+4).

9) Cancellation Fee & Refund Policy

Please refer to the product’s cancellation policy at the time of reservation.

If we must change or cancel due to reasons beyond our control, we may vary the itinerary and will try to notify you. If a tour operator cancels, you will receive a full refund.

We are not liable for losses due to (including but not limited to): natural disasters; war, terror, or civil unrest; transport/accommodation accidents; government orders or immigration rules; isolation due to infectious disease; accidents during free time; food poisoning; infectious diseases (e.g., COVID-19); theft. We may change the cancellation policy when necessary.

10) Limited Liability

Remal Al Sahraa Tourism LLC acts as an online booking agent. We are not the supplier of each service. We are not liable for illness, injury, death, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by service providers or third parties. Claims must be made against the relevant supplier.

We are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by improper or illegal use of our services or by changes to user-supplied information.

Nothing here limits your non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.

11) Baggage

We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of baggage.

12) Travel Insurance

By making a payment you confirm you are fit to travel. If you have serious illness, do not participate unless cleared by a physician. You assume all responsibility for your health during the tour.

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance covering medical, cancellation, delay, baggage, and personal accident.

We are exempt from liability for accidents or losses during the tour to the extent allowed by law. Any settlements follow the rules of airlines, hotels, buses, etc.

13) Law of Contract

Your contract is with Remal Al Sahraa Tourism LLC. Any legal action shall be brought in the competent courts of the relevant Emirate in the UAE. By paying for a booking, you agree to these terms. We may change or cancel programs if necessary.

14) Intellectual Property Rights

Our business name, logo, product/service names, marks, and slogans are trademarks/service marks of Remal Al Sahraa Tourism LLC. Other names/logos on this site belong to their owners. All rights are protected.

Content on this site (service info, photos, images, maps, guides, materials) is owned by us or our providers. You may view it, and download for personal use only. No copying, distribution, or other use without prior written consent.

15) Third-Party Links & Information

References to third-party products/services do not mean we approve or endorse them. Links to third-party sites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their products, services, procedures, or information.

16) Your Obligations & Warranties
  • You are at least 18 and have authority to enter a binding contract with us and with service carriers/providers.
  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
  • Enter each traveler’s details exactly as per passport. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect names or carrier rules.
17) Changes in Prices & Itineraries

We may adjust prices and itineraries at any time if needed.

18) Passport & Visa

All travelers departing from the UAE must hold a valid passport. Many countries require at least 6 months validity on return. Visas (including transit) are your responsibility. Check with the relevant embassies/consulates for requirements for your nationality.

19) Health & Immigration

Check health/visa requirements for your destinations. You are responsible for all entry/exit/health documents required by the countries you visit or transit. Keep a valid passport at all times. We are not liable for any loss or expense due to failure to meet these requirements.
